In a letter to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Seema Verma, Consumers for Quality Care, MANA, A National Latina Organization, First Focus, Black Women’s Health Imperative, and National Minority Quality Forum commented on the Proposed Rule, Medicaid Program: Methods for Assuring Access To Cover Medicaid Services – Exceptions for States with Higher Managed Care Penetration Rates And Rate Reduction Threshold.
